Series Editor(s): Patrick Honeybone, Bettelou Los, Graeme Trousdale
This series has a broad scope, covering work in formal and functional approaches to language change, and the social context in which linguistic innovations spread. We welcome work on any language or group of languages as well as studies that have a typological or dialectological focus. We encourage work in qualitative and quantitative methodological paradigms as well as work that combines both these approaches. We value high-quality research written by academics at any stage of their career and are keen to make available to a wide audience the work of early-career researchers. The series editors are happy to discuss proposals with potential authors.
For more information on the series, or to submit a book proposal, please contact the Series Editors or EUP’s commissioning editor for Linguistics. You can read our proposal guidelines here..
